Originally from St. Petersburg, Florida, Marlon has lived in Asia for 20 years. His career began at Morgan Stanley in New York as an analyst in debt capital markets. After a sabbatical in Grenoble to learn French, Marlon completed his MBA at Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He spent the next two decades focused on hedge funds, working with some of the greatest industry minds during that period.

Marlon was most recently the Managing Director and Co-Head of APAC Equity Distribution at Deutsche Bank, responsible for global equity sales for Asia Pacific products. Since 2014, he has specialised in prime finance and the distribution of the banks’ efforts into hedge fund managers globally with an Asian focus.

At Skyway Pacific, Marlon will leverage his Asian alternatives knowledge and network to connect global investor capital with outstanding hedge fund talent in the region.

Chris has worked in finance since 1992 and has lived in Asia since 1996, working in multiple roles covering IT, Fixed Income trading, Risk Management, Brokerage and Investment Banking. For the last 13 years, Chris has been the COO and a founding partner at Senrigan in Hong Kong. During this time, Chris managed the growth of a large regional hedge fund building a best-of-breed infrastructure and process to manage multiple fund structures and co-investment vehicles.

Before Senrigan, Chris was the COO for the Proprietary Trading business and the Prime Brokerage business for Credit Suisse in Asia.

At Skyway Pacific, Chris will use his extensive business knowledge to build a first-class business process and lead operational due diligence research at Skyway.

Raised and educated in Hong Kong, Joseph began his career at Morgan Stanley Prime Brokerage after completing his BBA(Law) degree at the University of Hong Kong. Joseph was part of the core team that evaluated new hedge fund opportunities in Asia and conducted pricing and analytics on equity-linked products across 17 countries. His product expertise includes delta-one swaps, listed futures, and index baskets. In 2018, he moved to the Global Capital Markets Division where he facilitated various capital-raising transactions in the Asia Pacific region. Subsequently, Joseph joined Chinese Merchants Securities and helped in building the Equity Capital Markets team.

At Skyway Pacific, Joseph will use his business knowledge to develop insights and conduct portfolio analysis and research on Asian alternatives

Doris Wen joined Skyway Pacific in 2023, with a primary focus on hedge fund research, and investor relations.

Doris embarked on her academic journey at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, where she earned her bachelor's degree in information systems. Building upon her solid educational foundation, Doris went on to complete two master's degrees, the first at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and the second at Yale School of Management, further honing her expertise.

At Skyway Pacific, Doris’ perspective from mainland China, combined with her unique statistical academic background, will add new and dynamic energy to the organization.
